Client Status Log in

The ability to check the status of a request online is available 24-hours a day through our online status portal. This portal consists of a secured login provided by APS Assist, Inc. IT to access our online system with up to the hour details regarding a particular request. The life cycle of a request is viewable and can be tracked through this system.

Agent Status

APS Assist, Inc. agents and reps may retrieve new order requests and upload completed records through our APS Assist, Inc. UPLOAD PORTAL system. Each rep is provided a secured login into our portals to ensure the privacy of our clients and to meet the complexity requirements of managing enterprise risk and policy compliance.

Record sandbox

Completed record sets can be assessed electronically via internet. This requires unique user name and password provided by APS Assist, Inc. IT. This portal is secured by SSL encryption. Please contact us for more information regarding access this site.
